1Something I want is out of stock! What can you do?
We will happily reorder any out-of-stock items as soon as we can, as long as they are still in production by the vendor. Just e-mail us the info on the product you want at info@shopatrenees.com and we will gladly help you out!
2Can I make a return in-store on something I bought online?
Absolutely! Just bring in the unused item within 14 days of receiving it with proof of purchase (you can show us the receipt we e-mailed you on your phone!) and we can give you store credit or a total refund.
